**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyors
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage cost control and contract administration across multiple projects, ensuring accurate estimation, budgeting and compliance with local regulations. This role demands a proactive professional with strong technical surveying skills and proven experience in cost management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Manage contract administration, variations and valuations throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct cost control, forecasting and risk analysis to ensure projects remain within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues
- Maintain accurate cost records, payment certifications and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, local regulations and company policies
- Participate in procurement activities and evaluate subcontractor bids
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Proficiency in measurement software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Office
- Strong understanding of contract law, FIDIC conditions and local Saudi building codes
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIPS)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for cost control and budgeting
- Prior involvement in large-scale infrastructure or MEP projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of Arabic
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience within survey teams
