About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist based in Riyadh to deliver exceptional technical support across our organization. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining network infrastructure using industry-leading tools. Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via ServiceNow within defined SLAs
Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues based on networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Provide remote and on-site support to users, including diagnostics and repair
Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and maintain accurate IT asset records
Escalate complex issues to senior teams and follow through to resolution
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security procedures
Required Qualifications:
1–9 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
Proficiency using ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Customer-oriented mindset with strong time management
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification
Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or MCSA
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with Office 365 administration
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell)
Proficiency in Arabic
