About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring seamless integration with client business processes and delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop functional design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts
Perform system testing, data migration, and technical troubleshooting
Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and support team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other ERP modules
Offer post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials
Proven expertise configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
Experience with data migration, integration interfaces, and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Fusion Financials Certification
Experience working with clients in the UAE or MENA region
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools
Project management or Agile methodology experience
Arabic language proficiency
