About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Team Lead to join our Dubai office. In this role, you will drive strategic staffing initiatives, implement recruitment automation solutions, and manage key stakeholder relationships to deliver top talent efficiently. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize processes using technical tools, and ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Design and implement recruitment automation workflows (ATS configuration, RPA, scripted solutions) to streamline sourcing and screening
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to define staffing needs, establish hiring plans, and set performance metrics
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process enhancements
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies, maintaining data integrity and candidate confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Technical: hands-on experience implementing and managing recruitment automation tools (ATS, RPA, workflow automation)
Non-technical: demonstrated expertise in staffing strategy, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruitment
Non-technical: strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in recruitment analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) or technical certifications in process automation
Experience recruiting in the UAE or MENA region, with knowledge of local labor regulations
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for recruitment reporting
