Role: Team Lead- Full Stack Development
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Contract- 6-9 months & extendable
Role Summary:
A Team Lead in Full Stack Development is responsible for leading a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Spring Boot for backend services and Angular for frontend development. The role involves providing technical guidance, reviewing code quality, managing project deliverables, and fostering best practices in Agile development
Job responsibilities:
- Backend (Java + Spring Boot): Develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot with RESTful APIs, security, validations, logging and unit testing.
- Angular: Build responsive and modular front-end applications using Angular with reusable components and state management.
- AWS: Deploy and manage cloud-native applications using AWS services for compute, storage and networking.
- MS SQL: Design and optimize relational databases, queries and stored procedures for high-performance data access.
- Apache Camel: Implement enterprise integration patterns using Apache Camel for seamless system interoperability.
- Kafka: Build real-time, event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for reliable message streaming.
- API Gateway: Manage and secure APIs using API Gateway for traffic control, throttling and authentication.
- Kubernetes: Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes for scalability, resilience and automation.
Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Full-Stack Development (Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs),
- Security (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security), Compliance,
- DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS),
- Cloud Deployment, Testing & Quality Assurance
