Role: Service Delivery Manager
Job type: 12 months contract & Extendable
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)
Qualifications:
● 10+ Years of proven track record.
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
● Analyze transitioned services for addition to service catalogue, setting up of service request types and/or workflows and update of incident categories/types.
●Ensure the Service Desk is aware of changes and potential effects on delivery of services.
●Manage and control the service desk support and ensure that all operational requirements are delivere
●Ensure that staffing levels are maintained throughout operational hours and adequately resourced to reflect peaks and troughs in the workload
●must have ITIL Expert, ITIL v4
