Position Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Provides governance and oversight of projects and small programs to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame, scope, and budget.
- Plans and onboards projects and small programs.
- Maintains and communicates overall portfolio financials.
- Maximizes resource allocation based on availability and prioritized projects.
- Guides Project Managers and PCO staff.
- Champions strong IT governance in the project management framework.
- Oversees production of management documents (Project Charter, DOU, CTD).
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal/external partners and sponsors.
- Manages project closure initiatives.
- Applies Agile project management principles to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical, or MBA. (Must have technical or engineering background)
Certifications: PMP, PMI, CSM, CAPM, SPC, ACP, SCRUM, Agile Practitioner, PMP (Must have)
Skills:
- TFS, Asana, JIRA. – MS Applications.
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with application/infrastructure support.
- Ability to handle capital and operating expenses.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Business requirement management.
Experience:
- Design/architecture.
- RTB transition.
- Identifying and tracking project costs and budgets.
- Highly developed organizational and planning skills.
- Effective collaboration with senior staff and teams.
- Managing critical path issue
