HR Generalist

**Job Title:** HR Generalist **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist based in Dubai to manage end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, leverage HRMS tools, and ensure seamless HR operations in a dynamic, multicultural environment. **Responsibilities:** - Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for non-technical roles - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes - Coordinate payroll activities and ensure accurate, timely payments - Administer HR operations including records management and HRMS data maintenance - Provide employee relations support and conflict resolution - Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and feedback sessions - Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal HR policies - Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR-related needs and drive engagement programs - Generate HR reports and metrics to inform leadership decision-making - Assist in the development and rollout of HR policies and best practices **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 3–8 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate setting - Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding - Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and HRMS tools - Experience handling employee relations issues and performance management support - Solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and UAE labour law - Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills - High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** - HR certification (SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) - Experience working in the Dubai/UAE market - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic - Advanced skills in MS Office and HR analytics - Experience driving HR process improvement initiatives - Familiarity with performance management and engagement platforms
