Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate and prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries
Organize and coordinate internal and external events, conferences, and business dinners
Prepare expense reports and track budgets for executive activities
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow
Maintain filing systems, records, and sensitive documents with discretion
Required Qualifications:
2–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting C-level executives or multinational teams
Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills a plus
Previous work experience in the UAE or Middle East
Basic understanding of office budget management and expense reconciliation
