Job Description
Role: I2 Network Support Engineer
Job type: 3 Months extendable
Work Location: Amman , Jordan
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Hands on experience in Routing, switching, Voice, Security and Wireless
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches (Catalyst/Small Business), D-Link Switches, AVAYA switches.
- Applicants must have hands-on experience with Sophos/Fortinet Firewalls
- Hands-on experience with wireless LAN Controller (Sophos Firewall/D-link Controller/Cisco WLC/Aruba on prem and Aruba Cloud)
- Good to have: knowledge of Yeastar PBX (Basic setup)
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- Experience in handling all Network Cisco Switches including Core, Distribution and Access
- Installation, configuration, maintenance of network components like Switches, Firewalls, wireless LAN Controller, IP PBX and Access Points
