Job Description
Role: Finance And Accounting/SAP FICO
Contract Duration: 12 Months & Extendable
Work Location: Amman, Jordan
Start Date: Less than 30 Days.

Technologies and Skills Required:
General Ledger Maintenance
- Maintain Chart of accounts
- Record and update financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain documentation
Accounts Payable Management
- Process vendor invoices and payments.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable Management
- Issue and track customer invoices.
- Manage incoming payments and collections.
Bank Reconciliation
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Resolve discrepancies between bank statements and records
Inventory Management
- Record and track inventory levels, purchases
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- Provide inventory reports and analysis.
Payroll Processing
- Calculate and process payroll.
- Ensure compliance and maintain records
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Tax Compliance
- Maintain records for tax filings.
- Assist in tax return preparation and submission.
Audit Support
- Prepare and organize financial records for audits.
- Provide documentation and resolve audit findings.
Communication and Reporting
- Regular meetings (monthly/quarterly) to review and address any concerns.
- Ad hoc meetings as necessary for urgent matters.
