Role: Service Delivery Manager
Employment Type: 12 months & extendable contract
Work Location: UAE
Start Date: Immediate to 30 days

Technology & Skills Required
- 5-8 years of experience in IT service management or delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a service delivery management capacity
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, etc.)
- Experience working with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, BMC, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor or multi-customer environments
- Proven track record of SLA management, incident governance, and service reviews
