**Job Title:** Frontend Developer
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that meet business objectives and drive digital innovation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code and reusable components
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Optimize application performance, load times, and scalability
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and automated testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our tech stack
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
**Required Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proven experience with React and Angular frameworks
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and module bundlers (Webpack, Rollup)
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting)
- Familiarity with UI component libraries and design systems
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small technical team
