Role: Oracle HRMS Lead / Project Manager
Employment Type: 5 months & extendable contract, outsourced
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 2-4 weeks of notice
Language: Arabic speaking skills would be an advantage
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
- Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Project Manager in at least two full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementations, preferably in Public Sector
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Core HR, Payroll, HR Self Service, Performance Management of Functional Design & Configuration
- HR Business Process Analysis & Fit-Gap Assessment
- Project Planning & Delivery Leadership
- Experience with payroll, MOF, and FAHR integrations preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAT, Training & Post-Go-Live Support
- PMP or Oracle Certified Professional (nice to have).
