Technology & Skills Required
- Expert AI and Automation Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AI and automation frameworks across enterprise IT environments
- Deep expertise in integrating AI-driven automation within monitoring and service management platforms, specifically SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow
- Proven experience in integrating AI and automation solutions with monitoring and service management platforms
