Role Summary:

We are seeking a Dynatrace expert responsible for sizing, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform across cloud and hybrid environments. The role includes deploying Dynatrace agents, building dashboards, analyzing performance issues, and collaborating with DevOps and IT teams to ensure proactive monitoring and reliability of enterprise systems.

Job responsibilities:

• Partner with sales/pre-sales teams and vendors for Dynatrace sizing and requirement assessment.
• Deploy, configure, implement and optimize Dynatrace agents across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and performance reports.
• Integrate Dynatrace with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines and other tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in monitoring coverage and configuration.
• Stay updated with Dynatrace features, APM best practices, and documentation standards.

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in application performance monitoring or observability.
• Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace APM / Managed / SaaS solutions (Professional certification required).
• Knowledge of AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and strong troubleshooting skills.
