Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager based in Hyderabad to define product vision, drive execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery, leveraging your technical aptitude and understanding of customer needs. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather and prioritize product requirements through customer feedback, market research, and stakeholder input - Maintain and prioritize product backlog using Jira, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and launches - Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics, and make data-driven decisions - Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends - Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Ensure timely delivery of product features and manage release schedules - Gather and synthesize user feedback to iterate on product improvements **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience in product management or related role - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and issue tracking - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management - Experience in SaaS or technology product environments - Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design - Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) - Familiarity with the Hyderabad market and customer base - Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
