    IT Support Specialist

    Job Description

    About the Role:
    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will have 2–8 years of hands-on experience providing technical support for Windows desktop and server environments, network connectivity, VPN/firewall configurations, hardware setup, software deployment, and network device management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations and delivering exceptional end-user support.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide first and second-level support for Windows desktop and server issues
    Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
    Configure, monitor, and maintain VPN and firewall solutions
    Install, configure, and maintain hardware including servers, desktops, and printers
    Deploy, update, and manage software applications such as Office 365 and security tools
    Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches and routers
    Monitor system performance, maintain logs, and generate reports
    Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement best practices
    Create and maintain technical documentation and provide user training

    Required Qualifications:
    2–8 years of hands-on IT support experience
    Proven expertise troubleshooting Windows desktop and server environments
    Strong understanding of network protocols and connectivity
    Experience configuring and managing VPNs and firewalls
    Proficiency in hardware setup and maintenance (servers, desktops, printers)
    Experience deploying and managing software applications (Office 365, security tools)
    Ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices (switches, routers)
    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
    Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Relevant certifications (MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+, Security+)
    Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
    Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
    Experience supporting IT in fast-paced enterprise environments
    Fluency in Arabic and English
