Job Description
- Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving, and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Understanding of multichannel commerce, mobile, web services and other web technologies
- Project management skills
- Proven collaborator with strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Experienced stakeholder manager
- Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
- Turn high level business requirements into technical specifications/stories
- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, to peers and developers and to senior leaders
- Proven prioritization skills to best reflect the needs of the business
- Ability to establish transparency around execution, risk and issues
