Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end HR experience
- Gap Analysis
- Functional Knowledge of different technologies used in HR function
- Have experience in writing policies and processes applicable to HR
- Should be able to manage HR functional leadership
- Can conduct independent sessions with C-suit organization
- Should be willing to travel to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or to other countries
