Job Description:

• Excellent knowledge about Mobile network specially core nodes.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in RFPs/RFQs preparation and review.
  • Experience in technical contracts negotiation, and preparation.
  • Develop and maintain section budget to ensure expenditure is accurately forecasted and within agreed KPIs.
  • Effective cross functional collaboration and relationship management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

• Establish Mobile Data Core & Services KPIs to manage the assurance of Mobile data service and monitor adherence

• Ensure that quality of Mobile Data Service is in line with Etisalat’s quality standards and customer expectations

• Coordinate with the relevant team to assess vendors performance and manage any mitigation requests

• Define and review all policies, procedures and guidelines for the Team and monitor and supervise their implementation

• Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.

• Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization structure, work efficiency, Core nodes purchasing, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision.

• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to function VP.

• Preparing executive briefing materials such as memos and reports for partners, and vendors meetings.

• Overseeing employee training and development programs to ensure that all staff members are properly trained for their jobs.

• PMI, and MBA is preferred.
