Job Details:
Role: L&D Program Manager / Consultant
Employment Type: 8 months contract with possibility of extension, outsourced
Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 1-2 weeks of notice
Required Experience:
- Should have 8-10+ years of relevant experience
- Should come with prior working experience in L&D field
- Strong program management experience is key
- Need someone who understands how to plan for delivery training
- Hands on experience in reporting, tracking progress & KPIs development
- Coordinating with attendees to track attendance, check if assessments are completed
- Should be coordinating & supporting the program manager with reporting & tracking
- Native Arabic Speaking skills are required
