PHP Developer

**Job Title:** PHP Developer **About the Role:** We are seeking a talented PHP Developer to join our Riyadh-based tech team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and maintain PHP applications following best practices - Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations - Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver new features - Optimize application performance and scalability - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues - Write clear documentation and unit tests to ensure code quality - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives **Required Qualifications:** - 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development - Strong proficiency in Laravel framework - Hands-on experience with MySQL database design and optimization - Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns - Familiarity with version control systems (Git) - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js or React - Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PHPUnit
