IT Production Support

Job Details Role: IT Production Support Engineer Employment Type: Permanent Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/ L2 production support across applications and IT systems. • This role is supporting the server system to make sure all servers are up all the time • This will be L1 support and manage the issue on his own else need to escalate it to further. • Need to mitigate the risk of attacks and responsible to renew License. • On-call support , incident driven & monitoring focused. • Anything comes under operation production (infra, cloud, network, security tools) • L1 supporting model who escalate to L2/L3 involvement • Monitor infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts; troubleshoot incidents. • Lead system performance checks and proactive issue resolution. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve outages. • Ensure SLA adherence and prepare detailed RCA reports. • Provide permanent solutions for ongoing repetitive problems • Ensure the production environments are always updated and on • Perform regular performance monitoring and resolve any potential risks on priority • Ensure to performance all the production acitivites on timely manner such as back up cycles, testing restoration, relea…etc Requirements • Minimum 5–7 years of Production Support experience. • Strong background in Cybersecurity or Infrastructure Operations. • Experience in high‑pressure private‑sector environments. • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. • Available on call due to the nature of this role
