Role: SAP GRC and Cloud Security Consultant

Job Type: 12 months & extendable

Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), BTP, IAS and IAG.

• Proven expertise in administering and configuring the SAP GRC Access Control module, including setting up and tuning the Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule set.

• Strong hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA security model, including the configuration of Fiori security (catalogs, groups, technical service activation).

• Experience leading or significantly participating in the security aspects of at least one SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion project.

• Proven expertise in configuring and managing security for integrated SAP Cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur).

• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG).

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• SAP certification in GRC, SAP Security, and/or SAP S/4HANA Security is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP GRC suite (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) capabilities and architecture.

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts, including understanding the transition from NetWeaver to Fiori security components.

• Hands-on experience in administering SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security services, including managing roles, user access, and subaccount security configurations.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP IAS/IAG for centralized user authentication and access governance in a hybrid environment.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex authorization issues using standard SAP tools (e.g., SU53, trace analysis).

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to security (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
