Product Vision and Strategy:
· Specify and articulate ADRES's product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
· Drive strategic product and technology activities to maintain competitive advantage and market relevance.
· Establish and communicate clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics to all stakeholders.
Roadmap Development and Execution:
· Develop and execute a customer-centric product roadmap through close collaboration with Technology, UX/UI, and Business (Go-to-Market) teams.
· Ensure the product roadmap reflects both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
· Prioritize and sequence development activities to optimize resource utilization and delivery timelines.
Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management:
· Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
· Create and manage user stories and product requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, including new features and enhancements.
· Develop and continuously improve product requirements to meet evolving goals, success metrics, and use cases.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
· Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance the configuration, features, and functionalities related to the product.
· Use objective market data sources, user feedback, and analytics to drive product improvements and minimize user friction.
· Implement A/B testing, usability testing, and other validation techniques to validate hypotheses and iterate on product features.
Market and User Research:
· Conduct market research and user research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs.
· Utilize research findings to inform product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap adjustments.
· Engage with customers and end-users to gather insights and feedback, fostering a customer-centric approach to product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Foster strong working relationships with all departments, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations.
· Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
· Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
