Role: CRM Support

Contract Duration: 12 Months & Extendable

Work Location: Remote

Start Date: Less than 30 Days.

Technologies and Skills Required:

• Experience in a support role, preferably with Microsoft CRM Dynamics
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and functionalities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database management.
• Provide first-line support for Microsoft CRM Dynamics, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to CRM Dynamics, escalating complex issues to second-line support when necessary
• Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and report generation
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of CRM Dynamics
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system updates and enhancements
