Job Description
- Provide first-line support for Microsoft CRM Dynamics, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to CRM Dynamics, escalating complex issues to second-line support when necessary
- Assist users with system navigation, data entry, and report generation
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of CRM Dynamics
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system updates and enhancements
- Document support activities, solutions, and best practices for future reference
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to improve system utilization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and functionalities
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
- Familiarity with SQL and basic database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English
