PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The SAP DBM (Dealer Business Management) Service & Warranty Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for successful deliveryof DBM Service & Warranty deliverables on SAP engagements, including implementation, go-live support, upgrade, and extension ofexisting applications. The consultant assists business team in the selection, implementation and support of SAP/Non-SAP solutionswhich naturally include Design, Configuration, and Testing. The consultant should work in very high paced, dynamic, and challengingenvironment in design activities, gap analysis, build activities, testing activities and training activities along with our implementationpartners & managing the Technical and Functional Communication with external vendors. 2 4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE JOB NOT MORE THAN 5 WITH KPIS Description Performance Indicators Ensure the delivery of Change Request for all the Business stakeholders 80 % of on Time Delivery for every 6 months. Lead and deliver assigned project in Hoshin as per agreed timelines 100 % delivery of tasks assigned by PMO inproject Plan Compliance with ITD SLA to entire ALJ Business. 98 % of Support SLA to be achieved for every6 months. Deliver Quality Functional specification and testing documents Functional Specification should have clearrequirements documented along with unittest cases Reduced support tickets for repeated issues by 35-40% by providing Onetime solution. 80% 5. MAJOR ACTIVITIES: DETAILS OF ACTIVITIES THAT ARE PERFORMED BY THE JOB HOLDER Description 1 Provide end to end analysis, design, setup/configuration, testing, and rollout of the DBM Service & Warranty solutionfor new change requests and projects according to CR/project schedule utilizing project SDLC methodologies. 2 Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implementation of Applications in SAP. 3 Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding ofbusiness systems and industry requirements. 4 Support business in fixing issues and providing new solutions across DBM Services & Warranty Processes (ex: Ordercreation, Packages, MRSS, Warranty Claim, Recall, TMC Interface, Warranty Dealer Portal etc). 5 For any production issue, should be able to Debug and find the root cause of issues reported. 6 Should have leadership skills and be able to lead the team. 7 Should support the interfaces to SAP and non-system.8 Should be able to provide daily support, work on multiple CR’s and multiple projects. 9 Act in alignment with Business needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy and based on bestindustry practices. 10 Should be able to explain to external Vendor for any Functional or Technical clarification and development in casethe project is outsourced. 11 Should have analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion. 12 All tickets closed within SAL and followed all SOP’s 13 Reduced support tickets 30%-40% by providing one time solution14 Ability to handle/Support the SAP interfaces system issues as we are having integration with HCM, Datalake.6. JOB CONTEXT: 3 ? The job has direct impact on automating the existing manual process for ALJM.? The job requires Knowledge of Core Interface & Debugging. ? The job requires providing solutions to business based on business requirements. ? Ensure system availability without interruption of bugs and error 7. The job holder ensure the delivery of Application on the priority as agreed with Business . 8. ORGANIZATIONAL / FUNCTIONAL STRATEGIC FOCUS: ? The job has a direct impact on achieving the divisional goals. ? The job holder has a crucial role to ensure the providing punctual services. 9. QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred (computer science) Minimum Experience: - At least 5 years of SAP experience in implementing SAP DBM Service & Warranty Application. • Functional/Technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementation and 2+years of automotive industry• consulting experience. Job-Specific Skills: • Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills. • Rollout of the DBM solution for new system launches according to project scheduleutilizing project Agile methodologies. • Understand the DBM support issues in level L2 and Level L3. • Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementationof Applications in SAP. • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and athorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. • Creates or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering technology capacityand limitations, operation times, and form of desired results. • Oversees the preparation of functional, system and program specifications using solutionmanager tool in SAP • Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiations skills, multi-cultural tolerance,interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. • Strong knowledge of ABAPLanguage: English – Verbal and written – Very Good Special Certification orMembership: SAP SD(Sales & Distribution), SAP MM(Material Master) Plus
