Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on background in Cybersecurity focused on cybersecurity governance and compliance.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity governance requirements including the ability for develop of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards,
• In-depth familiarity with the regulatory environment and cybersecurity legislation in Saudi Arabia, including NCA (ECC, CSCC, OSMACC, OHSSMACC, TCC, DCC, CCC). In addition to international frameworks and standards like NIST CSF and ISO 27k
• Strong ability to create and manage documentation, templates, tools, and reports that align with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for cybersecurity governance of services.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations and integrate feedback into actionable outputs.
• Advanced skills in reporting, document creation, and visualization, ensuring clear, professional, and regulatory-compliant deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in developing policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory frameworks.
• Prior experience in managing projects in the education or government sector in KSA is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred certifications.
