Job Details:
Position Title: Change Management Consultant
Employment Type: 6 months & extendable contract, outsourced
Work Location: Riyadh & Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice
Required Experience:
- Total of 6-14 year of experience out of which minimum of 3+ years relevant Change Management experience having completed at least one full cycle project of 6-12 months.
- Leading the organizational change management activities on the project including communication strategies and plans.
- Contributing to strategic change management engagements using Agile and Digital adoption initiatives.
- Contributing to our client’s engagements in terms of revenue, improved client satisfaction and the overall business is primary to our growth
- Organizational Design & Change Strategy Design
- End user Change Impact Analysis and Risk Mitigation
- Workforce Transformation, and HR Transformation
- BS/ Masters – IT or HR or MIS
- Must be a native Arabic speaker
