Job Description:
IT Help Desk 1:
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting various desktop, android and ios applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, industry-specific software).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including error messages and application crashes.
- Experience in troubleshooting common hardware issues on smartphones and tablets (both iOS and Android).
- (Consider adding if relevant) Basic repair skills for mobile devices.
- Experience with configuring and managing different types of phone systems (e.g., VoIP, PBX).
- Ability to troubleshoot phone hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of call routing, voicemail systems, and other phone system features.
- Experience with MDM solutions for managing and securing company-issued mobile devices.
- Ability to configure email, security policies, and application deployment on mobile devices.
IT Help Desk 2:
Network Video Recorder (NVR) Expertise:
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and managing various NVR systems and brands like Hikvision.
- Understanding about hikcentral professional, ivms 4200, hik-connect applications
- understanding of NVR functionalities, including recording schedules, storage management, user access control, and event configuration.
- Experience with firmware updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of NVRs.
- Knowledge of video compression standards (e.g., H.264, H.265) and their impact on storage and bandwidth.
- Camera Configuration and Management
- Expertise in configuring various types of security cameras (fixed, PTZ, dome, bullet, etc.) from different manufacturers.
- Ability to set up camera parameters such as resolution, frame rate, exposure, focus, and zoom.
- Experience with IP addressing, network configuration, and integrating cameras into the network.
- Proficiency in configuring camera features like motion detection, tamper detection, and analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to cameras and NVRs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to NVRs, cameras, and network connectivity.
- Ability to perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patching, and backups.
