Role: Director System Excellence
Job type: 6 Months extendable
Work Location: Amman , Jordan
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance , Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● Banking Industry Experience: Mandatory. Deep understanding of banking systems, including core banking, financial data models, compliance, and regulatory environments.
Multi-Region/Multi-Country Exposure: Proven experience working across regions and managing cross-border banking technology transformatio.
● EPM Experience: Non-negotiable. Should have implemented EPM as part of transformation or finance digitization projects.
