Job Description:
The Business Relationship Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the Intune MDM environment, and operating the Patch Management system. The role includes managing inventory, and maintaining the end-user computing environment. The Business Relationship Analyst will perform maintenance activities, and investigate and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, security, and compliance. They will also apply best practices for Intune MDM, Azure services, and Microsoft 365 administration and security. The successful candidate will possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for applications such as Microsoft 365, including email, file sharing, and collaboration tools.
- Provide day-to-day support for the catalogue of applications and integrations, focusing on increasing the number of tickets resolved at first call and reducing triage time.
- Maintain EWEC standard image for the end-user computing environment, ensuring it is secure and compatible with other software and hardware in the EWEC landscape.
- Perform routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities such as software updates and security patches on a regular basis to maintain the security and stability of desktop systems.
- Maintain the Intune MDM environment to ensure security, availability, and reliability of our devices.
- Enroll, configure, and manage devices using Intune MDM.
- Implement security policies, configurations, and profiles for mobile devices in accordance with EWEC standards and industry best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any technical issues related to mobile device management, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to provide technical support and advice on Microsoft 365-related matters.
- Manage and administer user accounts, permissions, and licenses for Microsoft 365 services when required.
- Recommend Microsoft 365-based solutions to meet the changing needs of the company.
Minimum experience level
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in IT Support Engineer or IT Service Technician field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite and configuration of endpoints.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a diverse/multi-cultural business industry (obtained from medium to large organisation)
- Experience in delivering Enterprise Technology services and understanding end-user requirements in the Energy and Utility sector
- Experience in a multinational company
