Role: HR System Consultant

Employment Type: 8 months contract, outsourced through AIQU

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 2 weeks of notice

Job Purpose:

The HR System Consultant will be responsible to co-lead the Human Capital (HC) Digital Strategy in close consultation with the Head and IT Project team. Responsible for translating HC system requirements to the implementation partners and the internal IT team to implement and manage best HC processes and solutions using Success factors, SAP Payroll and other HC systems.

Required Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 5-8 years job related experience in ERP systems
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, and S4HANA Payroll
• Experience in managing other HR tools such as Biometric applications, and Performance Management System
• Experience conducting end user training
• Any relevant certifications are an added advantage
