Role: Greenplum DBA

Contract Duration: 12 months & extendable

Work Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Start Date: Immediate to 30 days’ notice only preferred

Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)

Important Note: Candidates inside UAE are preferred

Technologies and Skills Required:  

• Experience working as Green Plum DBA for more than 3 years
• Very Good understanding of Greenplum Architecture
• Problem solving skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and support other databases like (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2)
• Very Good Experience in Greenplum upgrade to newer versions
• Very Good experience on Greenplum cluster management
• Very Good experience in Greenplum replication
• Very Good Experience in Greenplum backup and restore
