Role: Development Lead

Job type: Contract -12 months & Extendable

Work Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Technologies and Skills Required: 

• 12 years of experience in specialized IT Domain with not less than 2 years as Development lead.
• Experience as a Web team lead ASP.Net, Java, J2EE, Sprint, JS, REACT, Angular, Vue JS,HTML, CSS, PHP and Bootstrap
• Experience in CI/CD, source code control (GIT)
• Experience in PHP frameworks (Zend, Laravel, Symfony)
• Experience and UI/UX design
• Experience in Azure & AWS cloud architecture
• Strong skills in servers and databases as a full stack developer
• Strong skills in design and development of web applications on cloud
• Demonstrated ability to use Agile methodology, scrum master experience.
• Working knowledge of W3C standards, web accessibility and compliance
• Experience in interface design (API’s) and prototyping
• Experience in debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Experience in leading and effectively managing multidisciplinary projects or teams, while establishing commitments of scope, schedule and cost
• Ability to lead conceptualization of effective high-quality designing, planning, direction, and coordination of web and multimedia design projects.
• Knowledge in concepts like AI/ML, Python, Block chain is preferred
