Technologies and Skills Required: 

• ERP Implementation: Lead the ERP Microsoft 365 implementation process for our ongoing project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Business Enquiry Management: Serve as the main point of contact for end-users within our entity, effectively gathering and documenting business enquiries related to ERP functionalities, enhancements, and improvements.

Strong technical understanding in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Arabic speaker preferable.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft 365 ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with change management principles is a plus.
