Head of DevOps

Job Details:

Role: Head of Devops.

Type of hire: Permanent.

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred.

Technologies and Skills Required:  

•9+ years of experience provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments and services such as EC2, VPC, and ELB, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and security services.

• AWS DevOps Engineer Certification is a MUST and managed a team of at least 10 -15 staffs.

• Experience in networking/VPN /WAF as well as security

• Support live production systems, including leveraging problem-solving skills to troubleshoot.

• Experience creating DevOps and IT policies from scratch. Automate end-to-end deployment and management process applying Infrastructure as Code and Immutable Infrastructure principles.

• Engineer and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

• Develop code to automate the entire lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, orchestration, and on-going management.
