Technologies and Skills Required: 

• Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience in data strategy
• Preferred degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• Experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience in writing and collaborating on user stories
• A strong track record in communication with executive leadership
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements to business stakeholders
• Understanding of internal customer needs and pain points
• Experience in autonomously driving initiatives and improvements without needing close management
