Role: Senior OCM Consultant

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days notice preferred

Important Note: Candidates inside KSA are preferred

Technologies and Skills Required:  

Mandatory requirements:

·    Familiar with Prosci change management approach

·    Excellent level in conducting the CRA, CIA, and SA.

·    At least one full CM implementation cycle

Key change management tasks:

• Developing change management strategy and approach
• Planning change management activities
• Developing a change management roadmap
• Developing the change communication plan
• Conducting change impact assessment (CIA)
• Conducting change readiness assessment (CRA)
• Conducting stakeholders’ assessment (SA)
