Service Quality Director

Role: Service Quality Director

Contract : 12 Months Extendable

Work Location: Riyadh

Start Date: Immediate joiners to maximum of 45 days’ notice preferred

Important Note: Candidates must be inside KSA . 

Technologies and Skills Required:

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar job, including business operations, product or project management with proven successful expertise in managing mega-size operations in a leadership role
• BS /BA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or another relevant field
• Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, Operational Standards, forecasting, etc.
• Excellent in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong business-process design experience.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
